Careers
A superintendent's firm hires crews, not resumes.
DTM Construction is a small firm in Huntsville that takes commercial and industrial work across North Alabama and the Tennessee Valley. Field and craft roles are filled per project.
What we look for is what we have always looked for on a job site: people who show up, who can read what they are building, and who will say something when a detail is wrong instead of building it wrong.
If you have run work in this region and want to be on the list for the next job, call or write. You will be talking to the superintendent.

Send the drawings, the schedule and the date it has to be finished. You will speak to the man who would run the job, not a business development office.
Our project line is answered by an automated assistant that takes your project details and connects you with our team.
